Hi

can anyone please help me with the albedo color for glacial/partly icy water. With the current greenish albedo color I nearly don't get any reflection in my game engine. Roughness map which should be responsible for reflection in my case - is almost black in water areaa.

What do you think guys?

Ice (and water for that matter) are difficult to represent because they don't have a single albedo color persay. You can see beyond the surface, which is typically what an albedo value defines (the solid out layer), and the further you look in the darker it tends to get (called murk in some shaders). Additionally, ice has translucent properties, so light scatters through it. So some sort of SSS or skin shader may be required.

It would help to know what engine/renderer you're using if you want any advice beyond that.
