Maya looping animation problem

I did a simple looping animation, but when I go to post infinity > cycle, not all the cycles turn out smooth. I'm just not sure what is causing the occasional blip in the cycle. I've attached a screenshot because I'm not quite sure how to explain it.

hm, are your keyframes snapped to a whole frame number or is there a decimal?

oh I think they are snapped to a whole frame number. It's pretty weird. I'm not sure what's up and I'm not sure where to go to ask about it. But I will keep trying!

If you're not sure, try resampling your curve to whole frame values. If that doesn't fix it, it has to be something else:
