her eyes are indeed too far appart giving the expression that she is watching the tip of her nose which isn't the expression from your reference ( but could work ).
Other then that I think you did a fine job. I know from experience how hard it can be to find a suitable midway between anime and realism/3d.
You should use official statuettes to figure out how the faces of anime characters are shaped in a three dimensional form.
The features are often far more stylized to keep the overall look simple, clean and smooth.
(as a side note, I believe it is possible to mix things up, but only if you have mastered both styles and you know what you are doing. Otherwise, it will just look strange)

As you can see, the nose is just a small bump. There is no bridge at all.
Lips are minimized. Eyelids are practically non-existant, if not for decorative or expressive purposes.
The cheecks are extremely full, almost spheric. There is no flat plane or visible cheeckbone.
Anime characters have a specific anatomy of their own, which is often (in case of highly stylized characters, that is) incompatible with whatever you would consider "correct" in a normal situation.

a3D Wow thanks for the links mate. I guess I shoul really go with the general "figure" anatomy next time if I can not decide on a final look.
