Game is looking really nice, looking forward to play it!
I don't have much feedback on the art itself except maybe something small(that might be considered nitpicking):
Based on the screen shots I feel that some of the light effects clashes with the pixel art. The issue somewhat resembles if someone went over a nice piece of pixel art in Photoshop and dotted a huge soft brush on-top of it.
I am referring to the purple lights in the 3rd image and the 10th image has a lot of this going on too(from your first post).
Then again maybe I am nitpicking here and it might just be me feeling this way.
Oh man, I need to play this!! You've done such an awesome job with the atmosphere, really great stuff all around. The rain scenes are my definite fave so far.
As for time per asset , its between mins and hours..:) depending on what is needed from it. A big house or tree could take hours. so u get a big punch with it. then lot's of little fast bits, like plants, lights, grass.. wind these things take mins to do, even with animation. I try my best to not spend time working on areas i know the work will not be worth it. So with animation i can get away with low detail and let the motion do the work, With bigger static pieces i can put more time into and colour and detail.
these are tremendously fucking cool. A+ badass work.
Are these playing at real speed? my one critique might be that the animations feel a little fast, especially for the environment stuff-bushes and plants and things that don't need to be the focus.
