how do i import materials i download from the internet?

there was a material i downloaded from the internet but i can't seem to import or see any of the uassets in my project. does anyone know how to fix this?

Just put the .uasset somewhere in the projects folder. If I remember correctly, I think the engine will automatically recognize it without you having to restart or refresh.
