Lightroom viewing problems...

Hello im having problems viewing images in lightroom 5
In library or develop tab, the colors/contrast etc. it all look different in lightroom than the exported image (when i view it in ACDSee for example or in any other browser or even photoshop). Lightroom displays them weirdly...
I believe it might have to do something with my monitor, since a long time ago i tried to "calibrate it" and it gave me some file which should be loaded on windows startup and it assures that the colors look ok, but it didnt really work well as far as i remember, i dont know why even, i didnt use it.
But since playing with that, i think that my windows might have somewhere stored some special monitor calibration file which it uses from time to time.
For example when starting photoshop and opening some images in it, it gives me the ability to "color manage" the incoming file.
Check the pictures, as you can see the picture in lightroom doesnt match the exported, this is still quite ok, sometimes, the difference is bigger, different colors/contrast/brightness, when i manage the images in lightroom i must firstly export one file to see how it will look, thats time consuming.
Whats going wrong?
