I'm looking for update notes to find out what changed between

Substance Designer 4 and 5 & Bitmap 2 material 2 and 3?

I can't seem to find them, but I have weak google fu. Could someone help me out?

    Here is the change log of SD 5.0, in bold the main new features.

    B2M 3 is a complete rewrite and can now remove lighting from images on top of generating normal maps, AO, etc.
