Hi all;
Been modelling on my own time for about 5 years now (with large gaps in between), but only really started seriously getting into it about a year ago. Going to be posting all sorts of things, one model per post.
A lot of this is going to be requests from other people. I do that so I get slowly pulled out of my comfort zone instead of just modelling what I want to.
I'd really appreciate the most brutal critique you can give; I find that's the best way to do it, no sugarcoating.
Wireframes available on request if they're not posted.

This first one is something I modeled based off a reference image I've lost; The legs and hydraulics are parented so I'm sort of able to manipulate them by rotating the "meat" of the leg, and all the other bits will move along with it.
Texture for this firepit was just slapped on; no real consideration was made for geometry, since I was planning to map it later but never did.
(Brutal) critique appreciated.
