Hello! I just started working with new computer equipment and the student version of Max 2015 yesterday and have three times come across an issue where some verts are moved. I use edge constraints a lot and it appears that the verts were moved with that on. I would think it was my error, but they are so random and spread out throughout the mesh.

I am about to see if 2014 gives me these same errors or if maybe it is the computer.

This happens to me sometimes when I'm doing Skin weights. I accidentally select the verts on the backside and weight them without realizing it.
