Hey Pavel, I'm currently going through university and I'm studying video design, I feel like my strongest point is 3D modelling, but I still have to learn.
I've been keen on modelling tanks and I'm just curious if you happen to know any good tutorials or there's any material you are allowed to share to a fellow aspiring 3D modeller
Good job with this models, Pavel ! I've noticed there are many people here asking about your workflow. It will be best if you can make a tutorial, paid or not I am sure I will pay to see how you work.
juanpax Thank you so much! bigdukesix Thanks Latvianfarmer I can recommend to you, just work hard and more practise. Learning should be your best skill if you want to achieve something. rusty_hawkThank you man, but I cant disclosure my pipeline.
This looks friggin amazing ! Especially the chipped welding edges are textured so good that you can't see the polygons at all. I'm wondering how you made these rusty dents and natural looking welding marks. They look like zbrush sculpts but they are merged with the rust texture so well that I'm wondering if you used a different method.
Cactus on Fire Thank you so much! These wealding and damages were done in zbrush with additional toches in photoshop. About rust, this is not rust. This is example of priming before painting:
Hello Pavel! First of all - amazing job you did on these tanks ! :-) Is it possilbe to see wireframe? And a sculpt? At least some parts of it please? Thanks a lot!
berca76 Thank you so much! As I said before I`can show work materials. There is no full highpoly models they was created part by part and baked. Cheers! Happy Holidays everyone!
