Creating your own symmetry axis ?

Been using zbrush for a month.
here is my problem :

I want to change the sphere's symmetry line to that red line( a little bit diagonal to Y axis ). how to do that ?
edit: i tried to rotate, and it messed up my sphere

Try using Local Symmetry(or poseable symmetry?)

Nope, poseable symmetry is a no, since im making a bracer
Local symmetry only gives me horizontal / vertical symmetry, i need a diagonal symmetry ( a little steeper than Y axis ), tried radial also

Then I can suggest you to return the asset in its original orientation, sculpt and then return it to where it needs to be...

OR you can use set pivot under the transform palett mask the area you want the pivot to be in (tiny mask) then invert the mask and go transform>Set Pivot Point(next to frame) however this trick is not so accurate sometimes, suggest you to pick the advice of superfranky!

This is quite interesting too, I've never used that method before. Thanks for bringing it to attention.

Thx for the reply, actually I already found out how..... I align the hand vertically to Y Axis ( Not so accurate oso ), and sculpt my bracer in Y symmetry. Good method tho
