File corrupted - need help!

Hello guys,

"Substance painter"
I was painting happily yesterday saved my file. and opend it this morning and got this nasty error message that ive been trying to fix without succes.



The problem is located in "Project"/paint/document.bin

That's odd. In which version did you create your project and in which one did you try to open it ? Do you have multiple versions of Substance Painter installed ?

I made the project in the same version as i tried to open it. i didnt update in between. Version 1.1 i have not updated to te most recent one yet.

Can you try in the last version (1.2.1) to see if it works ?

I updated to 1.2.1. but no it still keeps giving me the same error sadly

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. I received the project and we are still looking into it for the moment. I don't have any solutions yet unfortunately.
