Skella's Concept Work

I recently joined a team of workshoppers, Team Whiterend, and I've been pumping out concepts. Most recently, I've been noodling around in ZBrush for an elephant summon for Warlock, from which I'll concept a set if I can get it to work well enough.

Nothing major just yet, still wondering how I'll creatively work fire into the design. So far, all I really have is elephant, shackled hands, big meanie.
