I tried switching tangent space and flipping channels but this has nothing to do with the normal map, as i said the "seam" appears when the object is using the basic empty material.
Can we see your normal maps please? I'm curious if there isn't some artifact hiding there, since you mentioned that the default material does not display this issue.

Nope checked smoothing groups and nothing changed
