I started to look into zbrush sculpting, but I feel like my lack of anatomical knowledge could impact my abilities.
I know there is a ton of specialized tutorials for zBrush, that you follow step-by-step creation of a model with artist with his comments.
But is there any kind of base general tutorials, which covers basics of anatomy, steps of learning it, most common errors of a newbies, useful practice subjects, tips on general detailing of sculpts, stuff like that? I'd be thankful.

What do you want to prioritize:
1) How to use Zbrush because this looks nothing like Maya/3dsMax/Modo/etc.
2) How to draw / sculpt the human body?
So . . . what do you want to sculpt exacly if not only humanoid characters? Right now it's still vague what we should recommend. Because general Zbrush sculpting changes a LOT based on the subject matter, and even then, I suspect a lot of learning has little to do with the ZBrush program as it does the design theory that goes into what you're working on.
This one is Character Art overall: A Hat, clothes, belt, and funky body shapes.

that type of stuff isnt something you really learn from a video, but rather actually DO.
also, you can just get an anatomy book and do that yourself, you even just whrote a step by step guide yourself lol xD
Research and study figure drawing first. I recommend understanding what the word "gesture" means in regards to that.
King has a website dedicated to sculptural anatomy and a youtube account with free stuff

I'd say, just look for timelapse sculpting vids on youtube, vimeo, etc. There's many out there. The ones you like, study them.
I really enjoy watching sculpting timelapse vids. You can learn from them on so many levels. Tools-Anatomy-Creative Flow-etc
