[Maya] Aim constraint twist bug?

Hey guys,
I need your help.

I wanted to use the aim constraint tool from maya
to continue the joint orientation from my skeleton but
it's bugged or something.

Here can you see my joint which orientation is already zeroed out.

Now to apply the aim constraint I select the first joint of the lower chain
on the screenshot and shift-select the joint which is zeroed out.
Now I apply a aim constraint with these settings:

And the result is this:

I don't know why but the it's almost working except the joint has this 45 degree-ish rotation and I don't know why.
