Hey guys,
I was experimenting with Substance designer and painter and was wondering if there was an easy way to move between the two programs or what is the least destructive way to iterate between the two programs. I was wondering if there was an equivalent to "GOZ" for zbrush for the two programs. Thanks!

Moving this to the Allegorithmic forum. You'll likely get more/better responses here than in General Discussion.

There is not equivalent to a GOZ... yet. ;)

One way to work with both sofwares would be to use Designer to create your Substance effects (like wear, rust, custom masks) and base materials (leather, rock, cloth, skin) and then use Painter to apply them on your meshes quickly and easily.

This way if you want to update an effect you just have to modify it in Designer and then reload it in Painter to see the final result. This will also give you the possiiblity to tweak the end result more easily. Especially when authoring characters for example.
