i think a lot of people are missing the idea behind this:
dreaming and doing ARE mutually exclusive to the extent that the more you do of one, the less you do of the other. and all this image illustrates is that it's important to have a dream (of course it is). but it's more important to actually do something about that dream, than to keep on dreaming.
I think you are entirely right dude, working on my own indie company hard as fuck only got it officially registered the other day.
And dreams are the bullshit that will leave you sitting around for good shit to happen, fuck dreams have aspirations, have ideas, have goals, work your ass off towards them, you can either wait for your ship to come in or build your own damn boat.
