A game that I have worked for a while has been released by Fantasy Flight Games.
They have supplied me with some awesome concepts and I did the modeling, texturing, rig and animation for them.

Most characters are under 1000 tris.
Some bosses and the "caravan" has around 1500
The Animals and the peasants has around 500
Of course nothing can be made to improve those characters, but a feedback is always welcome for future projects.

512x512 some bosses are 1024x1024.
But most of them I painted in 1024x1024
I gonna check with them is they allow me to show some texures

It is great that you liked. Nothing very difficult on those, the concepts they sent me were awesome. Some of them were in a very good position and I could bake the concept directly to the 3d model. This gave me some base to paint over. With the time saved with this process I could improve the details or make better animations.
I had one week on average per character, modeling, texturing, rig and animations (around 5-6 simple animations) working part time.
Each has been made using a different pipeline depending of what I had to achieve and what was available (3d prints, concept quality, requirements for the unit ingame)
