Hi, I'm experiencing a weird effect with the skin shader when its placed next to a non-skin shader...In the attached images you can see what I mean...Its like there is a self illuminating effect from the skin that interferes with proper ambient occlusion shadowing in these areas...I could reduce the Subdermis Scatter, Occlusion Blur, Shadow Blur and Translucency,.but I've essentially reduced the shader to a simple lambertian shader at that point...just to get the shadowing right I still think its not worth loosing the feel of skin. There is a discrepancy in resolution a bit between the skin and cloth, at least in the part that I'm showing here. Also I'm wondering if the areas where these two shaders meet should just be modeled with more polygons to give a more refined intersection..All stuff I'm considering fixing, but if there is advice anyone can offer, I'd really like to hear.
thanks
