The
Los Angeles Film School, a leader in entertainment arts education, is seeking instructors to teach in its Game Art Bachelors program. The Los Angeles Film School is an accredited, degree-granting college that specializes in entertainment and media arts education. Our campus is located in the heart of Hollywood, just steps from the famous intersection of Sunset and Vine. With over 250,000 square feet of industry-leading classrooms and equipment, we offer a unique and fast-paced teaching and learning environment for our faculty and students.
The positions are part-time to full-time depending on preference. We're looking for instructors for the following areas:
Character Animation for Games
Environment Art for Games
We're looking for 4+ years of game industry experience in the areas listed. A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred, but not necessary. Maya proficiency. Have shipped at least one title and worked in a studio atmosphere before. For more information feel free to contact me at the email below.

Replies
Character Animation
Looking for someone with experience working with motion captured character animation for games, integration and pipeline. As well as experience with hand-keyed realistic animation, and demonstrating knowledge in timing, weight and posing.
Rigging
Experience rigging characters for games and using an animation pipeline. Knowledge in Python and/or MEL scripting. And understanding in anatomy and biological motion. Experience working with motion capture, preferred but not necessary.
Environment Art
Experience using a game engine, such as Unreal Engine 4, UDK, CryEngine, Unity or Radiant. Knowledge of gaming art pipelines and how they work. Concept art skills are a huge plus.
