I think we should really go to alower resolution before committing to further detail. I feel lke we could solve a lot of the proportional critiques with a lower res mesh. High res mesh creates mushy issues later on, edits are harder to do in general.

You're very right about the resolution. I used Dynamesh to sculpt this from scratch, I wasn't using any low base poly for it. So I wasn't really paying attention to the proportion that seems to be the problem right now.

Fixed some of the proportion, added a neck. Any feedbacks are welcomed.
