I've been joining late to this it seems but I would still like to create a new skin idea for Nasus. A medieval knight version of Nasus to be more precise.
I'm not that good at drawing digitally, so my apologies. Also, change of plans, I'll be using both photoshop and Gimp to edit textures and stuff like that since I have photoshop on my laptop and Gimp on my desktop.
I've done some more concept art of Knight Nasus. Started out doing the base of the body again and then added the upper armour(the platemail), complete with straps and then I went to do the lower armour(chain and leather). I tried to make the armour functional yet a bit stylish and realistic but ended up with a more gladiatorial look on him. Since I don't feel like I have time to polish the concept into a more knightly look I'll try making the end result more noteworthy.
Begun modeling the base of the body, now proceeding to the legs. I started out with a simple cube and by using the Insert Edge Loop Tool I created more edges. I then moved vertex points and faces to where I wanted them with the Move Tool. To create a more effective way to make things symmetrical I checked the symmetry circle in the symmetry options, which I found in the Rotate Tool tool settings.
Been working some more on the chest and legs. Added som more weight and "muscle" to the bodyparts by increasing the space between vertex-points, while at the same time, adding more edges for complexity.
Added head, feet, arms and hands. Had a hard time remembering to cut new edges on both sides. Improved the legs by making them more like Nasus' normal proportions; small legs, big chest and big arms. Right now the head looks a bit fatter than supposed to but will be improved shortly. Having some smaller concerns about the hands due to inexperience in that particular area.
I believe I am now "finished" with the base of the body. I increased the volume of, and defined the muscles a bit more. His head is also smaller and pointier. Going to add armour now, beginning with the lower bits and then going to the upper bits. I'll add the armour parts by extruding faces in certain areas.
Begun making the armour. Gonna smooth out the muscles a bit. The Isolate Selected option is quite useful when you need to see exactly what you're modifying, which means less ctrl+z and reloads.
This is what I've produced over the night, I believe this is the final version of the model, maybe some tweaks and the addition of his weapon later but right now, the focus will lie on UV and texture.
Well, I give up. I took more time than I needed when working on the model itself and now some of my files went missing! On top of that, when I was about to make a quicksave of my work on the texture today, the program chrashed as I was going to save. I can't take it anymore. I'm out.

I started out doing some early concepts of the proportions and used these two links as references for the body: http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs70/f/2013/134/e/2/human_proportions_by_floralpainting-d658m26.jpg http://www.newsoflegends.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/11/New-Nasus-Splash.jpg
