Need advice on body detailing and texturing.

Hey guys, I'm in dire need of advice on how to approach detailing and texturing of my character. I would like to know where should I separate parts of the body to bring out the most polygon definition and details for each part? I chose to use polypainting in Zbrush for skin texture, so it's clear that I would want as much polygons as I can have so pore details and colors would be as crisp as possible.

I think I need to have a separate texture for the head to bring out all the details in the final model. Or should I settle for one 4k texture for the entire body and leave it all as one piece?

How should I do it without having visible seams all around? Especially I don't want to have a visible seam on the neck, if there's a way to avoid it.
