Steam Workshop on Mac OSX Yosemite?

Im not sure if this is the correct place for this, apologies if it isn't.
I was just wondering if anyone has been able to run the Steam Workshop on their mac successfully? I've managed to get it running through CS: go, but none of the colour sliders respond and the .vtf file doesn't wrap properly.. I've done dome Googling but their's not much i could find other than 'get a PC'
I am currently sorting my pc out but would be much more convenient if i could run this on my mac.
