Hi, excited for this.
Will be generally basing my character concept on "Twisted Fate" for the attack/ ultimate move.
A few studies/ roughs for conceptualizing and finding a/ the distinct and captivating persona for this character + to get a good feel/ visualization of his potential movements, skills and abilities.
Replies
WIP blocking:
* Splits into three
* Summoned units attack with ranged weapons that stun/ disable the enemy (Trident and Bow&Arrow)
* Main guy (the swordsman) charges with the final blow to the opponent.. Both summoned units converge to main guy during charging of the final blow.

Yet to be done:
* Finger movement
* Hair animation
* Few more curve cleaning esp with trident guy
* Arc cleaning
* Final attack move animation (coming from the swordsman)
Aadded some flare into him maneuvering the trident
After "this" quick stance, he will immediately storm towards his opponent with his sword for the final blow
Hope this works out! : )
Just wanted to say that the rotation of the trident would be more natural to me if it was in the other way (counterclockwise) since he's stepping backward.

* Had lots of reiterations on how he would settle after the final sword attack. Previous ideas/ attempts came as too long(esp for the game), and dragging, so i had to make him magically re-acquire his "weapons" (i guess they're now sorta ethereal as well)
* Generally, still tried make the whole thing as conducive to the game as possible, without sacrificing core concept of course.
* Did some simple cosmetic work on the scene as well. Tried to pop out/ face shade certain important parts/props for animation readability, and more fittingly; concept vivification.
Also, finally thought of a name for this character.
He is... "Momentos" (for in a/ the "moment", he and his counterparts can live and fight hand in hand to vanquish their sworn enemies).. :nerd:

On to the walk animation!.. And fast..
Still havnt found the right rig for my walk.. Well.. Mainly because i still don't have a final concept for it. XD.. Obviously there's going to be allot of hustling to do.. ; )
For the hero concept; i called him "Spud"
Don't be fooled by his unwitting and gullible charm. He's a tiny little dude that packs allot of punch!.. Has a huge paddle for some serious whacking, and ironically that dreadful fishing rod that's formidable enough to seize even the most powerful adversary.
