How to load Lone Druid's bear and true form in dota?

Hello,
So we are doing a Druid set for halloween but have some technical issues.. Can't load the druid ultimate or the spirit bear in dota.. so if anyone knows how to do this and wants to give some pointers.. we would really appreciate it.

The modeling is done, just needs to be tested in game and some textures..

the bear wont show up in the preview, but can be summoned in game, im not sure about true form

Yes.. we can't even get the spirit bear to work.. just error after error.. But I am sure it is possible, others have made druid sets and were able to load the models..

The bear should be uploaded via import ability. And not with the item importer. About the ulti no clue. Maybe replace the base files.

@Shock yes with ability import but for some reason it keeps having errors and doesn't import you need to specify animations and bone names on the model. everything works but not in dota..

yeah for the ability importer u need a correct skinned model with bones. or at least some dummyfiles. u should contact ur animation guy, im sure he can provide it to u. its not a big thing.

If any1 knows how to fix this, we are willing to discuss paying with a part of the profits, just need to get this done somehow, and quick..

zbrush work is done, both lod1+0.. part of the textures.. LS almost done as well.. we just can't make the #&@!%^& bears to work in dota..

The spirit bear should work fine with the Summons category, they have not yet implemented a way for the true form to work properly though. I have seen some pro's make the true form working in game but it's apparently really tricky and takes some time. I have no idea how to do it.

thank you for the help, we managed to do it, the spirit bear works, (we had problems at animations.. ) and for the ultimate you need to modify your game files so when the druid transforms it transforms into your new model not the old one (btw doing that you can play normal games with your new true form).

u can even simply replace all the base set items with ur new set and everytime u see any sylla (or play him urself) wearing no set, he will wear ur new one. i have done that with all my sets
