Using Megascans with Substance

Hi,
I was wondering if their was any licencing issue when it comes to using Megascans material/textures (for instance the ones that come included inside the lates dDo) inside Substance designer.
Baking some flats from the Megascans materials and building a PBR material inside of Substance.
