[Riot Art Contest] - Undecided champion

I really can't decide on a champion/ which champions to base my piece around, so I've just been slamming down thumbnails and seeing what I can come up with.



I'd appreciate any crits or review on my work, concentrating on learning more than anything else. Thanks!

Wow! Your sketches look so dynamic and amazing!
I love the pose and perspective in the Fiora/Jax one, but we can't really see their faces, as usually in League splashes their faces are visible.
Elise also looks wonderful, I love all the little spiderlings, and it's a very good concept overall!

Thanks man, that's what I was mainly going for so I'm glad its come across well hopefully I can keep that feeling in the final haha

I think I'm gonna go with Rengar vs Nidalee for this, or for my first piece at least If you've got any pointers for anything that wrong with this, I'd appreciate you giving me a little crit.


EDIT;
I decided to come up with new skins for both characters, I based Rengar around a king who's obsessed with wearing the bones of his defeated foes and Nidalee based around a village warrior, who does the same but more just to warn her foes, but a more futuristic tint, inspired by predator and such.

Work is taking priority right now, so I've slowed down a lot on this unfortunately but it's progressing slowly, I suppose it's helping me think about everything I do as well. So I got the values down and I'll do some light grey scale before moving onto colour

The dynamics of the poses is impressive! I really like the style of the sketches, and their angles. Judging from the composition changes made to the silhouettes just above, I think the scene is only improving.

My thoughts: the chars and poses are really dynamic and in perspective, but the composition isn't so much. Maybe you can make them together smaller and place them to the right, with the camera angle coming more from the left (I know that'd be terrible to change, but I'm just wanting to share). I'd also make Nidalee's left thigh a bit less muscled.

Had time to chip away at this a little, gonna try and sit down and get a larger chunk done. Just need to value the lighting and then I can move onto the background (and nidalee).
