Hello this is my first contest my idea is actually inspired from Harley Quinn in batman i find jinx and Quinn has so much familiarity especially their character and main weapons...
Since 'puddin' is Harley Quinn's pet name for the Joker, the title made me think of Jinx dressed in a Joker-like outfit... something to think about, maybe? I see you're already a ways along with her.

Hey nice progress mate. According to my own experiences with female bodys during this contest. I can tell you that her clavicular area and shoulders are strecht to far away from her body/neck and her breasts are missing their muscles. They are looking pinned to her body. Her legs are to short. That makes her looking dwarfish. Check this from Firstkeeper her blog. http://i.imgur.com/mTtIq.jpg It helped me a lot. Luckily it looks quite right in the ingame shot. Hope my critic dont unmotivate you.
Hey, nice work! I agree with slosh there -- I think you may want to take a look at what changes with the different official Jinx skins. Take a look at which forms and shapes are common to all of her skins for an idea of what is "core" to her design. (One example is the suuuuper long side plaits/braids. Those are pretty distinctively Jinx.)
