Love Tibbers and the concept, the face of annie is strange though. Annie always reminded me of a doll, check out some doll or those japanese ball jointed dolls, maybe they will help as references to fix the facial features
Um... Really gonna be honest with you... Rework the folds in the clothing. Unless someone is pulling perfectly even along the bottom borders of that shirt the folds should not be like that.

For folds
less h polish
more inflate and pinch brush
The front/back of the shirt look not quite right to me, the straight wrinkles down the sides look off. I wish I could give you a better crit than that but I did find this
Oh wow, haha, I probably should have posted a ref sheet of what I'm going for. Basically, I'm doing a japanese style sailor uniform for girls. The shirts do no tuck into the skirts so they in essence just hang down. In a realistic rendition, I would of course do more folds but I am trying to achieve a very simplistic representation since it's a LOL character without getting into too much detail. I can definitely revisit it but I think it's a decent representation of the look I'm going for. Of course, I will revisit it if more people feel it looks awkward. Also, I am using H polish just to hit a certain "style". i appreciate the brush tips though...I try to stay away from pinch since it largely pulls too much geo from around it.
She is looking great - love the new hairstyle and tweaks that you made to her face. On the hot topic of clothing - I would soften that horizontal line a bit, since it makes it look like she has really perky (/pointy) breasts. For the vertical side folds it depends how long you want her shirt to read/be. If it's shorter then her waistline (doesn't "sit" on skirt) the folds look right, but if the shirt is long enough for it to "sit" on skirt (since your skirt is wider then shirt) adding small curvature to folds would make more sense. Sukotto: its funny you said that and yes, I've had a backpack in my concept all along!
Shanteez: thanks for the feedback! I was going for a much different kind of shirt than what you suggested but I reworked the shirt anyway.
Dan!: thanks bro! I did a more angled shot in my latest update...what do you think?
Waterbear: thank you and I appreciate the feedback. I worked on the shirt to fix the straight down folds a bit.
3sm: good ref image man...appreciate it! I softened the boob crease even though I really like it from a stylized design perspective, you are right that it just made her look to "perky."
TAN: thanks! i thought about cat ears but decided to just exaggerate her hair balls.
So I have first pass stuff on Annie done. I need to go in an add some detail here and there, light wear on the backpack, some designs on her backpack as well. Fixed up the shirt a bit and added a hemline at the bottom, finished the socks and shoes, and added the bear face to the hair balls.
Cultrix: thanks man! I appreciate the finger suggestion. I do have some of that shape in there but even looking at my hand, it's no where near that defined in terms of the finger slanting down although that is the underlying structure. This would be even less noticeable on a child which is why I kept them more stubby but I will probably go back in at some point and mess with it!
Small update...did some more details on the backpack. Getting close to calling Annie's sculpt done. Gonna move on to Tibbers!
I like how chunky the backpack is! Just a thought, maybe the patch with the riot symbol could be different, from a distance you can't really see it like this, maybe it's better to put only the fist on the patch without the rest of the logo:)
Oh man Slosh, your recent update of Tibber is so freaking awesome. Your shapes are nice and chunky and very readable, even your detailing is spot on mate!!! I really like it. I stared at it for awhile and was like "ooooOoo"
I may have missed this part, but are you going to put fur on his hands?
Also, good job on Annie mate, she's going to look really nice when she's textured.
navidmilan, erroldynamic, ethwaites, TeriyakiStyle, genz: thank you kind people!
Lazar: thanks! I'm not adding any more fur to Tibbers' hands in the sculpt. I wanted the fur to be an accent and not all over. I will however do a subtle fur look in the texture.
JRancourt: thanks man! yea, I made them a tad thicker and will prob thicken even more after the bake!

ethwaites: thanks! yes, I use H polish quite a bit.
Dantert: yea the face is a constant work in progress. I will definitely be tweaking as a i go!
Did some sculpting on the shirt and blocked in the folds on the socks.

Been slowly progressing. Time to work on this has been an issue the last couple weeks! Did a pass on the fur, started working on jacket...
