Wow, she looks pretty amazing! The only thing that I keep wondering is about the temple horns... couldn't be more draconic instead of a character of Diablo? :P

As a shyvana main I absolutely love your work but I must say that I feel like her face could use some work. I feel like she lacks an expression and character. I love that slight smirk she has in riot's image. also you missed her scaly face.(mostly near the eyes)
I also think her skin might be slightly too bright but it's not a big deal it looks good as is as well.
and while I like your cyan hair Shyvana's hair is purple.
