I have been working on this little by little over the past couple of months. There is still quite a journey to go with it yet as a highpoly before I get down to the low poly and baking. But I thought I would share this here and start gathering feedback on ways I can push it even further.
The materials are by no means final and are simply there to get a feel for color so that I might be able to learn texture/materials through this project.
You can find this and other Unreal Tournament 4 information over at their
website or on their

Thank you. A little bit of both. I have several concepts I am working from and combining but they are all side views so I am adapting a little bit here and there to try and solve problems as they arise.
I made a quick and dirty paintover of some changes to details and proportions that I think will improve the model a ton.
I made the barrels substantially larger, longer and I reduced the ammount of length in the gear/motor assembly. I raised, reduced the handle and rear end, and added some silly details to the barrels.
Just a small update as I keep working on this. Starting to narrow it down to what I want.
