Hello everybody!:)
With my programmer friend, we started a mini Hack 'n' slash random generated dungeon game.
It will run in window mode with 5-15 minutes long levels, so the characters, and everything will be tiny:)
From my side i will model around 60 choosable character, and tons of enemies:D
some dungeon wall sets, and props.
Effects and animations.
UI stuffs.
About the game mechanics my teammate will write more:)
Here is some picture for start. Soon i will post some enemies too.

Leto: Thanks:) Yes sorry, i forgot, crits are welcome!:)
Not much, but i made some attack animations for the knight. Hope you like it:)
And the first enemies:
I Love how the characters are so distinguishable from each other.
Probably will be not necessary but, this is other cool touch

The Skelets looks cute ^^ i want to smash them :P
Keep work on it, i must have this in a Game.
I've never quite understood how to achieve this pixel look. Would you mind sharing like a UV-layout or something?
I'll second that.
Jakob Gavelli: Well, not a big thing. I just model the lowpoly, and use vertex snap to fit the texture. Then i paint it in photoshop with pencil tool. I will double the texture, so it will stay sharp even with texture filtering.
The animations still work in progress:)
Sadly i don't have too much time in the last couple of weeks, but hope this will change now:)
Here is the skeletal champion and the zombie base mesh. The texture messy a little, but i will fix it.
Here are some orcs guy:)
Here are some goblins:
Kep up the good work ^_^
How are you planning on distributing the game?
robochrish: Well, the end is far, but for first we thinking to try it on Steam Greenlight.
Snader: The really first of these kind of characters i made for a strategy game. The reason was couse it don't need to much detail. But the project was too big task for few people, so we though a little dungeon game with small characters can be a better choice. So the pixel style was just for less worktime. But i see people here love it, so i started to make it a real pixel game. Couse this is the first time i work with pixelart, the human characters just pathfinding in my pixel career:) I'm happy with the orks and goblins, and i think this is what i would like to follow. I plan to evolve the first player modells. Thank you for your comment:))
I'm the programmer of this project. We more or less stopped this indefinitely.
However the art style was reused in our recent LudumDare game. This is a game creation competition on extremely short time 48 or 72 hours. So the game is not commercial quality because we only had three days to make.
Check the game here.
"A game about reverse dungeoneering. You play as a ghost and you have to destroy the invading heroes, warriors, rogues, clerics, and wizards.
You have to separate the group of adventurers to win. Lure them with treasure, or kill them with traps. Or just hack and shoot them as usual.
All that in charmingly simple pixel art mixed with 3D violence."
The project might continue in the future. If you can convince Sanislov to make more graphics.
