Modify original model

Hi, I posted here a few days ago regarding an issue I had. Someone told me I couldn't modify the original mesh and that I'd need to build my item over it. But now I 'm wondering how can I create a smaller item if the original mesh is bigger. I'll post a picture to show what I am talking about

I am pretty sure Fv's head is entirely replaced like any other slot.

Remember he is getting remade at the moment so don't get too committed to making cosmetic for him.

If I recall correctly, Clockwerk is the same. you can change the entire head
