I don't know if I'm gonna bake the AO and use it for a diffuse only model with mobile specs or go for PBR and 15k poly in marmoset
Anyway, here it is, the cloth and legs will be changed, I also need to add asymmetry and more details (maybe rings in the ear or whatever)

Are you going to tighten up the anatomy as well in the undefined places? To me, that would make it look even better, but maybe you are going for something else
Im just a big fan of sternocleidomastoid and you also seem to be missing the bony part between traps and delts. For a character this "tight", I would also expect to be seeing more serratus definition, and now that I look at it, the lats seems to be missing as well
It might be something you are going for, I just get the impression you are going for relatively realistic anatomy with a demon spin, so I wanted to point it out, in case you missed it unintentionally. If you go for mobile it wont matter as much, but for a full 15k tri PBR, it would imo be a shame to not have the high poly more defined first

do not hesitate to point out everything that seems wrong in my sculpt ! In my last character I only realized at the animating stage that the anatomy was fucked up, I don't wanna reiterate this mistake
this is a quick polypaint and highpoly render in toolbag just to have an idea of what the final result would look like. Of course it needs an emissive map for the effect I'm trying to get on the hands, eyes and inside of the mouth
However, I think the gearset is bringing him down. It feels obligatory and not appropriate for who he is. I would rethink whether he should have any gear at all - impish characters like this are often best left nude or with simple loincloth - it emphasizes their extraplanar nature. Or if you want more details, maybe his "gear" organic in nature. Spines, organic plates? Something to think about.
Also I agree with komaokc about the hands - i like them big but they need more definition.

I'll try to make the fingers longer, palm shorter and thinner, so he could fight with something in his hand instead of just being able to slash his opponents.
By "more defined musculature" what do you mean exactly ? abs ?
It might just be the weird anatomy of his forearms, I'm not sure.

I think the base/pedestal looks a bit... unrelated?
I mean he's a demon so maybe some craggy rocks would suit better. Doesn't have to compete with the character but just as a finishing touch.
