another M4

I am still learning. I'll finish m4 and finally I start with low poly modeling and baking learning. EOTech its almost done (i see some shade problem on left side u must check it again). M4 proportions maybe not good and upper receiver it's completely wrong

That's a pretty radical reference image you have there. I don't think it's an m4 though; most likely something more like a .308 in the AR family, like an automatic AR10? If I'm not mistaken, the two are very similarly designed, except the AR10 fires a much bigger bullet and is just an overall larger weapon. The gigantic muzzle brake and turret handle give me this assumption.

Very cool nonetheless though.

Shooter's position might be a bit better in my opinion.

Maybe a bad name for the thread. But I use ar-15 (that is just m4 and m16 right?) Upper and lower reciver and other parts are custom.

Kind of, yes. The AR15 is the civilian/ single shot varient of the M4. The M16 has a longer barrel and a fixed stock that is the length of a fully extended M4's. Both they're all carbines and follow the same design principals though.

The important thing to know however is that gun nuts can spot the minor design differences and will call you out for inconsistencies. Me? I just see the carbine design.
