You need to give that metal some work. Also you should give the model some personality, it looks like it is a brand new axe. Some scratches like it was used to chop some lumber would be nice, and probably the person had the hands dirty and left finger prints or some kind of marks on the wood.

I'm having trouble with the albedo values though, if its anything but pure white it becomes a very dark grey almost unreadable, will get pics of it soon.
@Filepe, do you mean the blue on the abledo, its meant to be paint any advice on how i can make it read better.
@kingslater, i was kind of going for a new axe feel, but maybe i can add just a tad of imperfections to give it character.

It looks like shiny stone at the moment. I'd swap out the textures there to something else.
Also, I'd love to see the curved part smoother and sharper than the rest, making it look obviously ground down and sharpened.
