Flaregun, more like flarefun!

Hello, I'm working on a flaregun!
I'd say I'm fairly amateur, and that I would like to use this model as a way to learn PBR.

Here's the low poly bake with wires. It came out to 3294 tris in total. For some reason there seems to be some sort of smoothing problem on the barrel, I figure it might have to do with the outer surface all being one smoothing group.

Are you certain about your dimensions? Yours appears much longer than the concept. The trigger also appears off; in the reference, there is very little clearance between the trigger and the trigger guard, and the bottom of the trigger guard should slope up, matching the angle of the bottom of the frame.

Don't forget the lanyard ring at the bottom of the grip.
