Does anyone know why when I subdivide my model in zBrush it deforms somewhat, but when I turbosmooth (subdivide) my model in 3ds max, it looks great. Knowing would help a ton, please help. \\\
I can't be sure about this, but I'd guess it's something to do with your topolgy. It's kinda hard to say for sure, but I'd suggest checking to make sure you don't have any weird points or openings in the mesh, as I know subdividing in zbrush tends to really highlight issues like that. Just a thought, hope it helps!
That looks like you have "Isoline Display" checked in Max, inside your Turbosmooth modifier, and you exported it that way. That fucks up your mesh, especially when you want to subdivide that later.
