EDIT (3/26/16): This thread got too long to properly edit. Also it was getting a bit unruly. So we've moved it to the Polycount Wiki:
http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/Gumroad_Tutorial_ListPlease keep posting new gumroads here, any sales you all have, etc. Just my advice but to use your name or company name. Listing a tutorial by X42dogg does not tell the buyer anything about you. That's just my 2 cents though. The list will get updated either way. Even for X42dogg.
There's a ton of great Artists doing gumroad tutorials these days. Here's a list to get started. Feel free to post others that you know of (Some of these fit into multiple categories. I'll do the best I can) and I'll add them.

Hi Jeff,
You put Dongjun in the sketchbooks section but he is a concept artist selling concept art gumroads. Would you be able to move him so he is appropriately categorized? Thanks
Moved Dongjun, added Gav and Randy. Also added the review of the painting with Nate links.
CreativeHD edit your post to add the link to the specific gumroad you are talking about and I'll link to that.
It's something I know very little about and would love to know more about
Ok I updated it.

My name is Erik Jakobsen and I'm a Senior Staff Environment Artist working at Sony Santa Monica on the God of War team. I've been an environment artist for 16 years working on games like The Bard's Tale remake, The Saboteur, and God of War Ascension. I just made a project based Gumroad tutorial 'Modeling and Sculpting Environments for Video Games' with Maya and ZBrush. I would really appreciate it if I could be added to the list. Thank you so much!

With Xgen you can easily create realistic hairstyles in a very short time and with ease. You can convert the resulting hair fibers into curves and import in any other 3D package and extrude poly planes from it and texture them as you always would.
Soon there will be a bridge as well from xgen to NVidias hairworks and ATI's TressFX Hair to directly use the groomed hairstyles in upcoming next gen games.
Using a single hair strand I'm demonstrating all the elements for a photorealistic hairstyle easy to understand and follow.

Added Ann Batte, Jesse Sandifer, and Tarkan Sarim. The rest were already listed or weren't linked.
Just bought a copy, great style man.
It's like Sellfy, it's a direct maker => consumer channel, meaning the maker gets all the money (minus a cut from gumroad) and the customer gets a cheaper deal (at least from experience)
Not sure if I got the terms right but you get the gist
Izzy is really entertaining to listen to and it makes watching the video fun. He is also super knowledgeable when it comes to hardcore painting fundamentals. I've had him as an instructor before and he is really good at covering complex information in a really digestible way that is totally easy to understand.
Also I should point out that he includes subtitles files for people who may not speak or understand spoken English too well but may have an easier time following along reading it. I find the audio is really clear and easy to understand but it's very thoughtful to people who speak English as a second language and I believe he is the first artist to incorporate that into his Gumroads.
Please support his Gumroad tutorial so that he can make more!
https://gumroad.com/cannibalcandy
Also he has a Patreon page, and will be delivering monthly video lessons covering the aforementioned hardcore painting fundamentals. He may also be doing private mentorships through Patreon in the future, should he reach those milestones. Please do support him there as well!
His Patreon link is here: https://www.patreon.com/cannibalcandy
Please do add his Gumroad to the list under the concept art section. Thanks!
Added Izzy.

Yes, absolutely.
For perspective I recommend "Fundamentals of Perspective" by Matthew Zikry. For environment art, be sure to check out "Environment Design Basics - Bundle" by James Paick. For dynamic sketching, I know for example that John J. Park has a lot of tutorials on Gumroad, but personally I don't have purchased them yet.

Here's a tutorial i just finished. It starts with a sketch and cover how to paint and and control photo bash, as well as a tips and tricks video where I cover the techniques used and a few others. Both videos with voice narration.
