I am near to finish, but when I try to load the 2 las materials with 4k textures my video controller crashes. The other mesh,(the head) have some 8k textures for difuse, and normals...There is so limit for materials/textures? I started to make some optimization reducing the poly count of the meshes, but the same. When I'm going to load the las 2 materiales, to the escene for 2 clothe meshes I made for the bust, the screen freeze and crash, and I receive the message saying the the video controller stop working and has recovered... I am updating the drivers of my nvidia GTX 950 2gb... But I need to stay sure, or obtain some orientation info, about if I am making some kind of monster, about the texture resollution...

8K is very high resolution, and 2GB of vram isn't a lot by today's standards. The easiest way to test this is to make copies of your textures, resize them to 4K, and try loading them again, if the problem persists, it's due to the size of the textures, if not, it's something else. Let me know in that case, I will be curious to take a look at your scene.

Hi Earthquake: Thanks for the response. That is I was thinking for...Actually render scenes via gpu with any texture more big than 4k, need much vram...Is true. I have purchased this gtx 950 aprox 2 months ago. and is sad, but I need a new, more powerfull gpu, but, Was the max I could get for my low budget. For this reason, to be sure about the texture size, I made that question, and for this reason too, I ask in other post about the marmoset performance and the modern gpus. About my problem: At the momment, I have updated again the drivers for my gpu. Well. Now, the screen not freezes and the video controller not stop working. But...when I load the 2 final meshes with their materials with 4k textures for everyone, the performance fall suddenly. Is very probable, I will need to do some kind of optimization in the clothes textures, reducing, or making a single object with a single 4k material, and resign some texture quality.
About In what I am working on: This is the scene I said, and, this is the scene that crashed my screen prior to update my drivers. I could obtain this render screenshot with an extreme effort. Anyway, already I need to make fixes in the textures, and continue making improvements in the sculpted details to the sweater neck, in Mudbox, retexture, an export all again,(really I dont like to show WIPs). Really I think the rendering by GPU is the future, but, I need more GPU power...
Finished this project before hurricane Maria rolled by and was finally able to take some renders to post it. Made it to practice design, also first personal project using substance painter to texture. Rendered in Mamoset Toolbag 3.

Finally finished this from the Artstation Feudal Japan challenge! I'm still working on getting the animations ready for export in the viewer but they'll be ready soon.
So i know this might not be amazing cause its probably old tech but I've never done it so i tried. Made without the refraction in an attempt to lower memory usage and to add additional "light reflections", that mimic real gems.
Also i probably said this before but is there not marmoset suggestions thread?
The suggestion i wanted to suggest, was a drop down menu like you have now in the extras but it has built in map options, so like additional alpha so you drop down menu would have alpha/ect/ect/ect (idk what other options it can have in my mind unlimited.)
^ This also brought up that marmoset can pretty much be like Substance designer material editor in a way. (Think big) it just came to me with the drop down menu, like why not?
Hope owners see the suggestion, ^that is me giving back, can it be done, idk.
While messing with the current thing, i found a cool bug, if the object is selected this neat increase glow happens. At the moment idk how to recreate it, having looked at that version of the project in some time. Idk if its a bug more so than wrong usage of certain things. =p or its my 1st time with heat.
Idk if this was a thing before i "figured it out", probably do-able in unreal(+) (+ = other engines) Hope ray tracing made this a thing for me atm i can only "fake things", in M3.
