I'm not certain where you're going with the texture on her face. From a distance, it looks rather blotchy, and even in the larger image I can't tell what is going on - is it blood, dirt, a rare tropical disease? Off hand, I think this might be a case for less-is-more; if you don't want a clean face, then reduce it to a single, understandable type.

You might want to vary the color of the leather, making the patches darker or lighter than the surrounding pieces to indicate that they're newer.

The wrinkles on her shirt sleeves don't feel realistic to me. They're too dense, and the cylindrical pattern would only occur if they were normally pushed up to gather at the top of her arms.

Couple nit pick things... her face is looking a little noisy between the blood, freckles, and dirt splatters, especially around her cheeks. Second thing is her under shirt feels a tad rushed and not as much care given to it as the rest of the sculpt. The other thing is I am not really sure what material her vest is, and those multi colored hue shifts in there are really throwing me off. I think defining the material better, and creating more structure with the color/values would help a lot.

Awesome work though, love the highpoly sculpt!

Others made some good critique but I personally love it - maybe the eyes are a little too huge but apart from that, sweet work!

    Really nice.

The eyes look a bit crossed, and you could do a better lighting, it's kinda uniform here and too dark ( especially the hair ). Or maybe adjust the textures. Or don't put a dark background behind dark hair and dark clothes, try to make the character pop.

I agree for the patches, they seem almost made from the exact same material, like they were put there from the beginning.

Looks really good. I think the leather is turning out nice. The only thing that bothers me about the jacket is when I'm looking at the larger image I really notice the different color splotches of red and green. Were you going for an iridescent oily look? I think it needs to be blurred more perhaps. The hair looks like it's not getting any highlights from the key light in your scene setup as well.
I am assuming you're going for a scruffy and unkempt type of character. That being said I think the eyebrows are too perfectly shaped and defined. And the lips seem really glossy like she's wearing some cosmetics.

Other than that. The model is solid and looks really good. The model itself is well done and the jacket looks really good besides the color splotches I previously mentioned. Also, really good job on the hair card placement.

Very nice work! Glad to finally see this finished. Always really liked what you did on that character.
I really like how the clothing turned out.
The lighting around the eye area seems a bit weird, almost make it seems like one of her pupil is bigger than the other or something. I think it's a quick fix that could really improve the look of your final image.
Like some mentionned before, the hair are quite dark and doesn't seem to be getting uch light/specular. Once again an easy fix,

Cheers for the great work :)

Thanks guys for the Crits! All makes alot of sense.
Recently I changed my monitors with more expensive ones, and now i realize those expensive ones are not that great to show actual colors...LOL, I wanted to have some color variations in leather, but may be it has been little more, my new monitors didn't show exact.:(
And yes i agree about the eyes, hairs and head feedbacks as well. hope all of them are quick fixes.:)
Thanks guys, will update the character as soon as i get more of time on it.:)
