Seeking concept artist

Searching for a concept artist.
My team is formed of three highly inspired game dev university graduate students and two of management and PR. We are looking to form our own company in the following months to come. We've got quite a few game ideas thought out and have a solid plan for the future but we lack a concept artist to sketch out our ideas.
Our projects will be focused initially for mobile devices and our games will follow a cartoonish art style. The games we are developing fall under our NDA so I can not give out much detailed info about them. At the moment we cannot offer payment for the services we're asking for though there is room for post launch compensation if our company gets off the ground good as well as a future spot in our team. We aim to keep our team small in size for purposes of not having to axe anyone off from the team and securing a job for everyone.
We plan on taking our projects to Kickstarter (multiple games under one Kickstart) once they are completed to an alpha stage. From Kickstarter we could come to an compensation agreement.
Currently our development team is located in Belgium (Kortrijk) though physically being part of the team is not a requirement.
We don't seek someone who is or will graduate from a degree in arts or game development, we simply seek a talented artist who doesn't lack ambition.
