I love it! Really nice texturing, Learning from it already! I think the fold of the tablecloth(?) on the edges of the table is too soft tho, are you putting this in an engine?
I really love the look you're giving this. Really interesting aesthetic. I agree with Rhoutermans, however. From some angles, the table cloth rounds out at the edges. Perhaps give the folds more of an accentuation?
I think, that metal parts need more blueish tint to the highlights (to distinguish more metal from the stone). Generally I'm impressed and I'm waiting for next WIPs.
For the metal parts I don't know yet how i'll tint the highlights...It will depends of the final atmosphere I think...so i 'll wait for the moment ! (cause i'm not sure)
So, I'm back with a little asset !
Next asset will be the big chest (one of the most important things of the diorama)
Very minor nitpick but the lighting on the studs on that barrel makes it look like it's lit from below. The highlights running around the edges of the metal bands looks very even as well, although there is some variation here and there. Sweet diorama though, looking forward to more updates
Really nice texture work. Although i would get them into a scene with at least base colours on stuff. Otherwise you might find that when you piece the whole scene together your colours on your textures need balancing/changing.
This is some serious hand-painted tastiness! Only comment right now is that there could be a bit more value contrast between some of the wooden props and the wooden floor.

I'm looking forward to seeing it as a whole
Little update !
Oerview with a temporary floor ( colour test) !
Hope you'll like it and continue to follow the improvement, this helps me very much !
Keep it up.
Maybe you can make a little tuto or tell more about your workflow ?
And you make my day if you show me your wireframe.
You're right, I think i'll accentuate the folds of the table cloth, it looks less detailled than the rest !
2 more assets here : door + ladder ! And an overview of all the assets !
The ladder needs more shading, I knooow !

The Diorama is BACK !!
The Riot Art Contest gave me so many ideas , I'm really excited about this !
Just a recap of the assets already done :
I wonder what did you use to make them?
What texture size do you use for this crisp textures?
Do you have any special workflow for the wood or cloth?
Keep on rockin'!
@Dethling : It's a 2048*2048 diffuse ! There will be other assets on it!
For the wood/cloth i used references !
@FemCharles : Don't worry, I already have the entire scene but I show you some assets only for now ! (yeah I know I'm a bad girl!)
@Sweetangel0467 : I'm glad it excites your curiosity ! Thank you !!
More news soon !
Everything looks great, but I especially like the spikes on the chest!
New textures ! And i wonder if i place some beams or not ? What do you thinks guys ?
Beams on the right are just placeholders !
I think I might do some hand painted
Thank you for the inspiration good friend.
Just some little thoughts here:
More exageration on your pillar's base would be nice. Also moving down your stones would help, cause they're too tall right now.
I've also made a little paint-over on your clothes holes if you don't mind:
I know that this are just little details, but it makes difference!
Keep it going
Pillars are not final, they are just quick blockout! They'll be taller and more exagerated! !
You're right about the clothes holes, I'll make some modifications !!
My first tileable texture !
And some light tests !!
Congrats, keep it up
