Hey all!
I am having an issue where my splat maps are coming across very "watered down" and all of the maps in unity are slightly blended together. In photoshop each channel is very distinct but when applied to a terrain I am not getting the texture purity I would hope for
Thoughts?
(I'm on my laptop now, I can post up screenshots when I get home)

-could mipmapping be the issue ? (try turning it off)
-texture compression ? (try turning it off)

so the problem was I needed to change importing options, I had just missed that step in the instructions. MAKE SURE YOUR SPLAT MAP IS SET TO ADVANCED> TRUE COLOR
