[Post Launch Compensation] The Final Stand | Unity 3D | Multiplayer Survival Game

The Game
The Final Stand is a relentless multiplayer experience in which competitors must fight to be the last survivor standing in an unpredictable, dynamic wilderness. Players will have to act on their instincts and react quickly to unforeseeable circumstances to gain the advantage against their opponents in a gritty fight to the death. It's been inspired by "The Hunger Games" and other survival games to make an unbelievable multiplayer survival game unlike any other before. We've also been greenlit in about 10 days! What we can offer
We are currently for additional team members who are willing to work for post-launch compensation, since we'll sell our game on Steam and many other DRM-Free stores. We've also teamed up recently with Alienware for a responsive launch and other partners. We offer a professional environment where each of us may continue to gain experience, develop our skills, and express our creativity. Our team is extremely passionate, committed, and works everyday in their free-time. We've already been greenlit and are already pushing the game to Steam this month or next month.

What We’re Looking For
General Qualities:
• Passionate and trustworthy – This game is being made by a team of passionate people and solely make it for the art of crafting the most unique multiplayer survival game of its kind.
• Great communication – Must be consistently on Skype and email. You should usually give advanced notification if you'll have a temporary leave for something so we know how to deal with it.
• Creative and collaborative – Everyone on our team contributes to the design of the game, and you must be willing to give and take constructive criticism.


Visual FX Artist | PRIORITY
• Experience creating realistic particle systems and mesh-based visual effects such as explosions, muzzle flashes, impact effects, flames, electricity, etc.
• Experience with Unity’s Shuriken particle system
• Technical understanding of visual effects and their use for player feedback

2D UI Artist | PRIORITY
• Experience creating User Interface designs, HUD, and icons
• Strong skills with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Motion Graphic skill is a plus but not required

Concept Artist
• Experience creating unique and high quality concept art to be used to make a 3D model in-game.
• Strong eye for Survival concepts, craftable items, and a taste for medieval weaponry.


3D Environment Modeler
• Experience with hard surface and organic modeling
• Experience Kitbashing and create modular assets using tilesets
• Ability to create both high and low poly models based on concept art or references
• Ability to create both hand-painted and photo-sourced texture maps: diffuse, spec, normal, alpha, and emissive
• Strong skills with Maya and Zbrush
• Strong eye for detail natural environments



Level Designer
• Willing to work with our Lead Level Designer to craft the most beautiful and realistic environments using given assets.
• Experience with iterative level design and crafting areas through all stages of production, from initial sketches to final polished environments
• Experience with Unity's terrain system
• Ability to design to given requirements and iterate based on feedback
• Strong eye for crafting nature maps and have extensive knowledge of image effects for improving graphics and optimizing scenes for maximum FPS.
