Hey guys, I've been some time on Polycount already without being active. I decided with the Quixel beta to jump in and start making my own now.
For the start, maybe an introdution is nice: My Name is Lucas Waschk, 21 years old and Live in germany. I am currently Studying Gameart & Animation and kinda fell in love with zBrush. I've been working with it since a few month so far.
I will upload some more works later on, here's one I am currently working on. ~ 2hrs in this so far. Kinda try to keep up one sculpt a day

A Bust I made for the sake of learning how to do faces.
For the "Bodysuite" I copied the body and made it shrink underneath, then started to build up shapes from that.
Currently practising Modeling from a Reference. This is a Friend of mine who I am still working on.
Also some Head I did before.
A shoulder for a Dota 2 Skin (Abbadon) which I had to model for a School project.
You should try to spend more time on a sculpt and finish it.
I will work this out in the next days I guess. Thanks for giving me some Motivation

Here's an Update on the Spiderlady btw. I think I'll make a humanoid form at first.

Haha, there was one? TB2 and Quixel are indeed an awesome combo, I really like working with those. I will try my best for Planes Hair, I am not so good at that atm.
Also practised Retopopology a bit more. Way less polygons than the one before + better Edgeflow.

Small update, had alot trouble with the shoulder. Made 3-4 Designs and ditched them all. Now I came up with something that felt more right.
Learned alot about UV unwrap + efficient usage of UVs.
Meanwhile, I paused the nightmare sculpt for a Contest from my school.
It's a sculpting contest and I have to sculpt a lifeform that doesn't live on earth.
My progress so far:
That's how it looks now. Still working on it.
I ditched the last design and started over again.
I've added some simple zBrush shader to get a better idea of the final outcome.
