While that cinematic was mighty fine... gimme the Chief! Team Osiris seems so square lol. Having said that, the differences between the teams will probably be pretty cool to see.
That opening cinematic was really cool! A bit too much random micro camera shakes in the start for no reason that made it hard to focus on any details, but other than that, really cool!
From what I have seen so far about Team Osiris they seem pretty meh. Lock seems like an unfriendly dick but not in a cool badass way like Emile did in Reach. The 2 girls seem to have no personality from what I have seen and are just added to appeal to a broader demographic (The last part I think is great, but hopefully they are badasses and have really cool/likable personalities in the game).
Buck is the only one of the team that seems interesting. And thats because the ODST team was the only team of characters with great personalities in the Halo franchise so far.
Cant wait to play it though. Excited for 343's evolution of the series and see if they can step out of Bungie's shadow and forge there own destiny in Halo (play on words game so strong :P)
Cinematic was cool, but lets be real, the gameplay will be nothing like it. Wish they still showed cool trailers, like the E3 2007 Halo 3 one, with actual gameplay and cinematics straight from the game (actually ingame not this prerendered stuff). Might be a bit biased here and probably a lot of people won't agree with me on that, but that's just my opinion.
awesome cinematic! trailers are awesome but yeah I have to agree they don't usually relate to the gameplay experience much , if at all. I was dissappointed by elder scrolls online after watching its awesome trailer.
All the most incredible trailers show a much greater range of character movement, expression and choice than any current generation game can possibly offer, I think this is mostly down to the limitations of our controllers. If we had to map all those awesome moves onto a controller, it just wouldn't work.

Well ya... Cinematics aren't meant to show gameplay. They are meant to show the game in a short film format. Though, when they start falling and are dodging ships and flying around, they can be done in games for sure.

Man, this thread sure has a habit of discussing anything but Halo 5.
