Classroom scene from my isometric adventure game

I'm making an untitled isometric adventure game and I'd love to get some feedback on a scene I've put together:

holy hell thats dark O_o get some ambient light in there! I'm guessing its meant to be night time with moon lighting through the windows. Make it a bit brighter... and get some fake bounce lighting going around in some areas. I see a few areas that are pitch black. remember this will never happen unless its a water-tight box. if some light can get in, than nothing should be pure black in shadow.

Looks pretty good. The main thing that stands out to me is that there isn't any light sources except from outside. I'm not sure if you were going for a lights out look or not, but I get a spooky kind of feeling from the environment, it could really punch it up a bit if you had some sort of lighting inside the room. Maybe some flickering lights, or candles or something with some warm light to give a bit more of a contrast. Other then that, I think it looks pretty good.

That and try a subtle dynamic rim light on your character, just to make sure he stands out more from the background.

Thanks good tips! I was going for a sort of film noir level of contrast but I take your point.

as vertrucio mentioned, you need some light on your character. Overall though I like the feel you got going.

I also see that you have some desks/tables knocked over and moved about, and the windows seem really dirty as well, almost abandoned... so why is there paperwork on the tables? just curious. maybe some background here on that would help

Something happened in that classroom several years before the story takes place and it's been abandoned ever since. Part of the game involves finding out what took place.

I like the darkness. The lighting is really nice. I can't wait to see more.

ok, as long as theres a reason for it. maybe make the paper look kind of aged... yellowing, or make it look like it has some holes in it.
